US
Behavioural economists argue that behavioural choices of people in poverty often tend to drive them in a vicious cycle. Lack of access to personal development opportunities at a young age is one of the most critical factors that shapes the mindset and behavioural choices. Equity Lab social enterprise was founded in 2020 with a mission to ensure social mobility for underprivileged youth in Mongolia and beyond. With operational presence in Singapore and Mongolia, Equity Lab is working towards empowering underprivileged youth through 21st century skills training and a gamified community empowerment solution to improve their behavioural choices and become rounded citizens with the right mix of mindset and sustainable living practices.
OUR VISION
At Equity Lab, we believe that empowering people through experiential education is one of the key answers in addressing systemic poverty. Equipping people with the necessary skill set at young age has a catalytic effect on improving the wellbeing of the society and environment.
